A Lash Lift works by lifting and curling the lashes upwards to give a more wide eyes, longer lash look.
Your eyes will be closed throughout the entire procedure, most clients even fall asleep! Your lash artist will place a shield over your eyelid and lift your lashes up onto it into the perfect position and apply 2 solutions. One to make the bonds in your lash hairs more flexible to curve around the shield and the second to ‘set’ the lashes into place. Then your lashes are tinted to accentuate the length and thickness.
LASH LIFT
A Lash Lift lasts 6-8 weeks and it is important to leave at least 6 weeks between treatments to avoid over processing the lashes. If you rebook too soon you risk damaging the natural lashes causing them to over curl or break off.
Aftercare is important following a Lash Lift to get the best results. You must not get your lashes wet for 24 hours to allow the Lash Lift to ‘set’ fully and you must use a conditioning oil to protect and condition the hair. Imagine a Lash Lift like bleaching or perming your hair. You must condition your hair after a chemical process to protect it.
